The EU Web Dashboard remained fully available. The downtime displayed on the status page was a false report. No service impact occurred.

We identified that our status page incorrectly displayed downtime for the EU Web Dashboard between 28–31 August.

Please note: the service was fully operational and working as expected throughout this period.

These false downtime reports originated from our monitoring provider, and we are currently investigating the cause with their support team.

We apologize for any confusion this may have caused. There was no actual service disruption, and the dashboard has been continuously available.
