We have determined that this was a false alert. During our Disaster Recovery exercise, the US West data center was taken offline to simulate a disaster. However, the East data center successfully managed customer traffic, ensuring operations were not impacted.

This alert highlighted a gap in our alerting logic. We are currently addressing this issue and will update you once it is resolved.
