We will be conducting a Disaster Recovery (DR) exercise on our Europe (EU) data centers on October 4th, 2025, from 11:30 AM IST to 2:30 PM IST. Please note that the timing may vary slightly.

Application services will not be affected during this exercise.

We appreciate your understanding as we work to ensure the reliability and resilience of our systems.

The service upgrade in the PROD EU environment has been successfully completed.

There were no operational issues during the activity, and all services are functioning normally.
