A fix has been pushed to resolve the End User Authentication Issue. All services are restored now.

We have identified the RCA of this incident and isolated the P2P failures to a test account on which our team was debugging an earlier incident. We are therefore marking this incident as a false alert.

DAP (Mobile) - APAC - End User Experience recovered.

Please be aware that Whatfix Mobile will be unavailable from 0330 UTC to 1530 UTC IST on 15th October 2023 as the IT team will be performing scheduled maintenance at this time.

During this time, you will be unable to create/ modify/ publish/ pause projects. The IT team will advise when the maintenance is complete and services have been restored and we will communicate the same to you as well.

We completed the RCA of this incident. This issue was isolated to certain sections within the Enterprise Dashboard while the dashboard itself was accessible. Therefore we are changing the status of this incident from "downtime" to "degradation".

Reason for degradation of service: One specific customer encountered multiple P2P failures. No other customer was impacted.
